      Pros

      - Get the opportunity to learn alot as its a startup company - Flexible working arrangement and hours - Get to see your hardwork being used real time by users

      Cons

      - Theres alot of changes as company was still trying to figure out alot of things in management level - Always feels like i dont belong in my position and no matter what i do wasnt enough especially for performance review
