Everyone's extremely overworked. The upper management are extremely condescending and all have power complexes. There is absolutely no organisation and very little training but you're expected to produce results from the point that you start working. When employees complained about being overworked, the second in command of the business said "they're not getting paid national minimum wage" and went on to listen to none of our grievances, merely implementing further admin tasks, to an already unnecessarily admin heavy role, and micromanaged us to a level that caused nervous breakdowns. I've had colleagues, who are battling mental illness, sacked with no remorse after not hitting their target and colleagues sacked, who are dealing with physical illness, sacked for the same reason as above. Horrible. Horrible work environment.
