      Great workplace and team. Good managers as well.

      It's a fast-paced business environment. But I am built for that, so not a bad thing.

      Great Team, great people. Get Set employs great members.

      Cons

      Low pay, high risk of burnout. Not very robust within organisational aspects, which trickles down to the frontline staff.
