      1. Great work-life balance 2. Managers are great 3. A lot of training for the employees to do their jobs effectively. 4. Great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      (1) No clear indication of the next career milestone and how to achieve that. (2) The compensation package is not that great!

      1. Excellent benefits and vision: Strong company culture, great perks, and a clear, respectful environment for employees. 2. Thriving history: Before the BSM era, the company was warm, people-oriented, and experienced consistent business growth.

      Cons

      1. Cultural Decline: Since the BSM team joined, the culture has turned "dark" and political, driving away the most capable and dedicated talent. 2. Optics over Substance: Career advancement now favors those who focus on self-promotion rather than actual results or the company’s best interests. 3. Questionable Management: High-level executives are bringing in personal connections as more expensive suppliers, causing financial losses that are being ignored.
