Pros
- Competitive technology, one of the best in the industry - Change and learning - Nice lunch options at office
Cons
- Plummeting and toxic culture that seems like BlackBerry, but not in a good way - Weak marketing “leadership” with self promotion on corporate accounts due to friendships in the department despite truly unimpressive outcomes - Managing for optics and it is really too bad that some of these people control the narratives - A very large, bloated department with overlapping teams, unclear ownership, and too many people doing versions of the same thing. This feels even harder to justify now that AI can drastically reduce the need for this much headcount. - What was once inspiring, fun, and creative now feels dull, political, repetitive, controlled, and outdated. - HR and the CEO seem reluctant to make the changes that are actually needed. Too many people appear to be holding their ground, waiting for a package, or simply going with the flow until something more secure comes along. - The company feels stagnant, over-managed, and resistant to the kind of honest reset it clearly needs.
