Pros
People (immediate team members) were amazing, but that's what happens when you're all cogs in the same machine. They will remain my friends and connections long after Gensler.
Cons
Gensler claims to be innovative but there are too many lifers at the top of the ladder blocking actual creativity in lieu of what's easy. Constant pandering to the Co-CEOs who only say what they think their employees want to hear. Most of the time, the communication coming from the two of them is utter BS and they have a team of people that cater to it.
