      Pros

      A great place to start a career since there are many junior level employees

      Cons

      Project Managers and Studio Principals can be more concerned with internal politics than quality of work. Design directors and Project Managers tend to perpetuate the division between "technical" and "design" members of each team.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance and flexible scheduling. Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn new technologies. Management is generally approachable and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be slow and bureaucratic at times. Career advancement opportunities are limited without clear timelines. Communication between departments could be improved significantly.

      Good packages and bonus, great office.

      Toxic culture and leadership, the full time office work is not sustainable.
