When you hear, "people get promoted with in 2 years", that means HIGH turnover rates. People leave and positions bet back-filled by people without ANY or minimal experience in that role. They don't pay their vendors. Travel budgets are constantly changing and so do your plans even for simple low-cost domestic travel. They are so bad, FedEx wouldn't take a package because they were over 6 months late paying. ANYTHING you write into the 'anonymous' HR app WILL BE shared with your manager. Do not write anything negative or suggest improvements. If their BIGGEST clients saw what goes on behind the curtain, they would terminate their contracts. Let's say when it comes to compliance and industry standards, Genpact views them as optional. I strongly suggest to their clients to conduct FULL audits of operations behind the scenes.
