Pros

You have a good degree of autonomy in Management rolls. Workload and meetings are fairly decent. You work in Global rolls, so you have very broad interactions, you work with very smart people; payment is ok. You can be truly creative, and they stay in top of innovation embracing new technologies extremely fast.

Cons

Despite of having efforts in Belonging, there is much work to do. As some behaviors still obey a regional South East Asian company. People has long tenure then they don't know other ways of working. Lastly everyone wants to play different roles during meetings as opposed as honoring the expert in the call so that can be cumbersome. The Medical Expenses insurance needs a bump up.

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
