      Pros

      -Life/Work balance is great -Some great folks to befriend with -Lots of language practice (including rare languages besides English) -Affordable deadlines for projects

      Cons

      -Poor salary -Totally incompetent management -Slow computers -Often poor technology used -Bad people management -Inequality amongst people (like offsite leadership meetings in 5* hotels, expensive cars for mid leaders, management salary is 5-10 times more compared to an associate)
