Pros

On time salary, professionalism among team members

Cons

This is for software engineers. Make sure you get clarity that at what project you will be working on. Don't join Genpact if the HR don't tell you your exact project name and your role. Make sure you don't sit on Bench. And if you are, they will ask you to resign and serve notice period after a while. Including me, many others who were on bench, and had other offers as well before joining Genpact, were asked to resign because there were no projects. The buddy assigned to a new joinee do not reply when needed and resource managers are also very carefree and do not reply when contacted for projects.

Cons

Some processes can be complex and require coordination across multiple stakeholders, which may occasionally slow decision-making. Priorities can shift quickly depending on business needs.
