      Free snacks sometimes. Decent starting pay No customers to talk to Some managers were good

      Cons

      Ops would constantly promote people who would end up not doing their jobs and leave. Highly stressful High turnover Training did not adequately prepare us for what we would be dealing with

      Didn't feel a part of Genpact culture since I was contracted to another company.
