      Pros

      1) Flexibility in moving intra COE or even inter-COE 2) Work pressure is not high 3) Senior management is very good.

      Cons

      1) It is not a good pay master 2) Majority of the employees are from tier 3 colleges in India 3) HR policies and role of HR can be improved. 4) Middle management are not able to cope with senior management vision.
