No accountable and ability to not be billable all the time

Where to start, nothing was clearly spelled out when you join, no true US presents and lot of things done out of India. They state "entrepreneurial" environment but should be more of a India based firm with no idea how to execute. Lots of leaders stay bc it's less pressures than the big4, but none seem happy with the company.
