You will learn a lot of things for sure, Genpact gives you the opportunity to take decision and learn from your mistakes, There is growth but not for everyone, They have a structured approch towards things

Compensation is certainly demovitating, if you are an AM some of you're team members get paid more than what you get paid, They talk a lot about trainings but this doesnt really happen, its just of show numbers they forcebly send a few. Worklife balance is really bad, you many be expected to work for 12-13 hours that's minimun expectation,
