Pros
Good Team, Good Fun, New things to learn and a brilliant Learning center with many employee training modules running all the time to enhance skills. Friendly employees - Approachable senior staff. Ok work Life balance.
Cons
Work is usually robotic - Not much of brain work. Monotonic nature in Analytics division - only Excel and SAS code running. Lot of time spent on minute data detail rectifications using up a lot of time due to needle in haystack nature of problem which creates stress.
