Not an IT company it's a BPO (Genpact Headstrong) - Anonymous employee Genpact Employee Review

Genpact is a pure BPO, BPM and BPR company. They came into technology projects by acquiring headstrong. So understand that all of the upper management of Genpact Headstrong is of BPO, BPM and BPR. So if you joining Genpact Headstrong then please remember this. They have very limited technology project, and what ever they have are slowly going. Since the upper management is not technical they don't value if you are a technical resource. They only care about attendance and timely in and out. During induction they only talk about things that will get you fired nothing else. The office space sucks, and to issue even a single mouse you will need to get approval from cost center. If you are in a project which requires project to issue a laptop, then you will be lucky if you get it on time. Most of the time they ask employees to use their personal laptops. Please join this company only if you don't have any other option or in need of job desperately. They have 3 months notice which is normally non-negotiable. So in short you can come in but going out is a problem.
