      - Very good training programs - Approachable management - Excellent opportunities for growth - Possibility of internal movement of employees to different job roles. It keeps the interest going and brings up more challenges. - Focus on building knowledge base.

      - No good transport facilities - Not a good paymaster. Salaries are way less when compared to other companies
