Timely payment of salary, no other pros to be discussed.
Cons
Low category employees,incompetent managers who penalise employees for their failure,lowest salary in the industry, their claims are all lies, no night allowances,bad roster facility, useless policies in return of embarassingly low salaries etc. The list is too long, do not spoil your career by joining this messed up company. This is the worst MNC so far with the highest attrition %.
