Pay is decent if your single and live by yourself.

Cons

If you want to deal with liars with limited growth and development opportunity go and work at Genpact. You will get shipped to another part of the country to do a transition for months and no one will care about anything you have going on. You can’t post for new roles and your not allowed to speak unless lieing to potential clients about how well everything is ran. Your just a number and expendable as all they care about is meeting goals.
