Good team atmosphere and new carrier oportunities, I started as entry level and managed in 4 years to achieve a high level of carrier. I like the teamspirit and the fact that each person is willing to help when needed.
Cons
Lower salaries at high levels for the one's who started as entry level. because of the team is growing the managers cannot keep in the control the difficulties and new challenges
