Pros
1. best place to learn if u waana work for free.. 2. They hire first then think where to utilize the Candidate ( That is why I call Genpact a Factory) then you may be place in profile which is handled by a PA ( entry level Position) even you a re manager in your previous role . and Vice versa so it is benefit for fresher they may get a manager position
Cons
1. No structure pay scale , it is very much possible that the person report to his manager would be drawing more then his manager . 2.Even we will cry for the cold water in the premises 2 toilet - out of 4 tap 3 will be out of order surely 3. Cab Facilities - Request to the management --- please stop that non sense joke ... it was for convenience not for frustration. 4. HR - OMG -- Genpact have hired the best people ( from circus) out market to manage their HR DEPT ( not appreciable ) . 5.
