      Pros

      Luckily have a nice manager who just not think of in company perspective but in employees perspective. So which means if you have such a manager its a great place to work otherwise its not.

      Cons

      Work allotment is not in a proper way, weighing the employees capability and then loading with work is not in right way.It happens either heavily loaded or literally without work.
