      gives a lot of freedom, takes a chance on its employees, encourages learning and development of the employees. Invests heavily in growing the employees skills.

      Cons

      the compensation structure is out of touch with reality. more so at entry level positions. The senior leadership could be more decisive

      Cons

      AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
