Pros
Flexibility in your day to day job as well as flexibility to move across functions and domains. Telecommuting and Work from Home are some of the initiatives that are being encouraged by the company. Also, given that Genpact is still new to the outside world after GE, there is an abundance of oppurtunities across the world waiting to be won.
Cons
Salary at the lower levels. Only the SLT are very well paid at Genpact. For folks who like Fancy titles, this is the place to be! I am one among 800 AVPs(Assistant Vice Presidents) and there are no less than 500 VPs!(in a company of 30000 employees)...so clearly this can be a good and a bad thing depending on how important a Job title is to you!
