Pros

Nothing to be very much specific. Yes , if you are good enough in your job you may get a decent hike . Only if your leadership belives in you.

Cons

Starting from HR - Many fake promises , such as shift allowance and transporation facility. Which in real is altogether different as there are no allowances and forget on transportation. Process within is so complicated that even for small issues like lan connection in office a ticket needs to be raised. Tickest needs to raised for mostly each and everything and gets closed without proper resolution . Moreoever there is no one who holds accountable for an internal issue occuring to you . Clients treat you as thier slaves no proper work life balance.

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
