      Pros

      Staying in company is good as long as you are billable. You get rewarded for you work with good appraisal and full bonus payout. Most of the project allows hybrid/WFH.

      Cons

      Once you are out of project then comes risk of layoff. they don't have other project it seems. confirm duration of project before joining. Finding a project is like finding a niddle in haystack
