      Pros

      Many projects offer Work from Home or Hybrid. All 5 days in office is not mandatory for most projects. Work Pressure and work culture is not toxic.

      Cons

      Most of the projects where i worked or my collegues worked didnt find them very advanced project where learning curve was high.
