Pros

I didn't find anything pros in my 17 months of experience working here

Cons

From Day 1 to last day every official task I did, I had very poor experience. Be it the induction day, laptop allocation, project allocation, team culture, company portal or the convenience tools are so poorly structured and managed that i feel like working in a startup. Have worked in Deloitte, PWC, infosys and HCL and then coming here was like a nightmare for me from day 1. I had no personal problem which i can relate only to myself and someone can say it's personal issue that i am framing on a bigger picture. No that's not the case. Can't explain the experiences here but I really feel things are very poorly managed and I didn't feel like working in a reputed and class leading industry. My Day 1, induction day was the worst. They welcomed the ppl as if we joined some bread factory. Lack of communication, lack of basic information etc. I worked in 2 different projects. I find problem in the higher management in project allocation and other stuffs. I don't find the team culture friendly where as all other companies i have worked with same south indian people and they are fabulous to work with, but not here. Laptop allocation, raising request, gathering some info from portal etc are soo confused and clumsy, someone joined new won't be able to help themselves. I somehow found my way out from Genpact after getting an offer after 14 months of my tedious and boring work experience.

Pros

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
