none, awful, untrained management who blame there staff
Cons
management is the worst. Forcing staff into burnout, not paying them there worth. When they challenge this behaviour they are gaslit into believing its you, being told you don't know how to manage your workload, when in fact you've been working 30 years in finance and never had problems managing workload
