      Above average salary, working with excellent colleagues, lots of team engagement activities

      Cons

      In my role, I only worked with people overseas so it can be difficult to establish relationships with colleagues or have a support system that you can meet with in person

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
