      -great products -many good people -good size to have stability but also to change things

      Cons

      -too many restructuring recently -unclear long term strategy as owned by venture company -missing new products and markets for long term future, current market is limited and no change for last 10yrs

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
