      An inviting atmosphere with numerous opportunities.

      Cons

      For those new to the workforce, the onboarding process is messy and communication is scattered. As much as teamwork and togetherness are discussed in webinars, in practice this is not the case. Failure to read your manager's mind, might result in them throwing you under the bus later.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
