      Pros

      The division I work in is very understanding of the modern working professional's life. We all have obligations and activities outside of work (family, friends, etc.) and there is no judgement about the time off one requires to take care of those needs. There is also low pressure on deadlines. They exist but we also understand that we are all juggling many different tasks on cross-functional teams. Empathy is a core company value and it shows.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
