      Pros

      Genesys have been recognized as Great Place to Work for 3 consecutive years now. It provides a genuine work culture and positive environment for its employees (JuanGens). It promotes Work-Life Balance through various employee programs and initiatives. People are warm and empathic. They respect each other's differences; working collaboratively to contribute for Genesys success. Compensation is competitive, too.

      Cons

      Not really a con but it would be good to continuously review and enhance our Talent and Development/Learning as well as our Overall Total Rewards Package.

      Not many. It's a fast moving place so people need to be comfortable with that.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
