Training and employee development are important to us, and we do have a Learning and Development department as well as fairly robust online on demand training resources. I see that you are no longer an employee but would have urged you to speak to your HR Business Partner regarding your specific needs and how we could better meet them.       Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
