      Pros

      Some good people and some good technology.

      Cons

      Too many people with leadership titles: no loyalty to anyone except original Genesys people - even when exceeding your MBOs; dissatisfied customers due to constant account team turnover, ever increasing maintenance cost on premises customers, forced move to the cloud, and lack of some products maturity and reliability.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
