Pros
As a customer service professional I respond to those with equal passion. Genesys had unlimited passion for its customers in helping them deliver exceptional Cx. Genesys has fantastic products and a sportive management team.
Cons
Growing pains. As the company grows internal processes need to keep pace with the rate of change. This can cause some issues (administrative) but otherwise it's easy to work for and do business with Genesys.
