Pros
Great group of people to work with a great mix of new talent and guys who have been here for 10+ years. Positive work environment with a great vision for CX across the enterprise.
Cons
There is a great opportunity for Genesys in the Enterprise space, but still seen as a Contact Centre company by many so execution will be key to this transition. More of a challenge for Genesys than a con.
