Internal communications continue to miss the point - Anonymous employee Genesys Employee Review

Messaging from leadership continues to be weak. Even with new the leadership in place, we continue to hear about amazing financial success, but nothing about how that translates to employee rewards. At all-hands, where is the messaging about whether the corporate success will translate to bonuses or increased salaries? It boggles the mind that leadership fails to make this connection between greatness on the sales side and silence on the internal rewards side.
