Pros
Genesys is very proactive in keeping up with industry best practices and technologies, which translates to a very strong R&D presence within the organization. In parallel, investment into key business divisions are leading to rapid growth. Tech talks are regularly hosted through Zoom meetings to encourage knowledge sharing between different offices globally. Frequent 1:1 with management provides a convenient communication channel for (bi-directional) feedback. Office location being situated uptown, along with open time off contributes to great work life balance.
Cons
The rapid growth is not without problems however, with strain manifesting through how long it takes for internal approval/review to go through.
