      Pros

      Just like most IT companies, there is the flexibility of working from home. Cross-department interlock in Asia is strong. The Asian team is pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      - Unspoken racism by some management staff who has a preference of hiring Caucasians to Asians. - Incompetent management staff have a strong preference to hire friends who have neither skills nor experience to execute the work. We have a case of a new manager who went on his life without interaction with his subordinates for the whole of his 1st three months in the company, only for his subordinates to initiate contact with him.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
