When you join a company that develops SaaS, you expect. Dynamic, Agile (but not disorganized), Smart and Future seeking individuals/processes. At Genesys, this is what you get! - Fantastic Management both from middle and senior. - Great people, you can easily identify the performers and they are willing to help - Products - Great currently and a future outlook which looks promising both internally and something customers will appreciate.
Cons
- At any large company, there are people which encourage outdated processes and create some barriers/additional bureaucracy which is unnecessary. Fortunately the performers outweigh these types of individuals.
