      Pros

      Genesys has built an amazing technology portfolio. The new strategy focused in cloud leadership and AI initiatives are creating a very innovative culture within the company. Genesys appreciates it's employees and the value they bring to their products and services. The company is making huge investments in R&D, specially in Cloud offering and democratizing AI. Compensation and Benefits are great. Flexibility is highly encouraged. Thats brings a good work-life balance

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
