Pros
Great company culture, exciting products which actually work and great talent at various levels. It's a sales driven company and Genesys are the leaders in their market as well.
Cons
Stagnation happens quickly. A semi-old boys network at executive levels and so tough to progress unless you are part of that circle. Way too changes in the last year since going Private Equity.
