      Collaborative environment, great technology, outstanding delivery.

      Financial policies have been set in place only to project an appearance of good health, yet are not sustainable. This is in the form of rapid increase in software maintenance rates.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
