      Pros

      Great compensation and benefits program, fun team outings, 2 gyms in the facility, a free doctor's office in the facility (all covered by Genesys), very laid back culture

      Cons

      It does take a lot of time and effort to learn the product initially, but it is worth it!

      Not many. It's a fast moving place so people need to be comfortable with that.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
