- No walkable/close distance food nearby, only option to grab a quick bite is the cafe located on the first floor
- Very limited number of meeting rooms available
- More flexibility in health benefit provided (in some other companies, they provide an option for employees to opt-out and have flex money to spend in gym membership or health related purchases instead). Currently the vision coverage amount is mediocre, for example.
