8yThank you for your review. I agree…we do have great market offerings that allow us to be the undisputed leader in the CX industry. If you’ve been here for 5 years like I have, you’ve seen a lot of change – I’m glad to see you’ve held on through thick and thin as we evolve and grow. There are times when we do need process, but we really try to not be bureaucratic. Our culture is one of innovation and being open to new ideas – feel free to submit your thoughts on how to make things better through our Make it Easy initiative (crowdsourced improvement suggestions) to help us make Genesys an ever better place to work.
