      Pros

      - tons of smart people - possibility to learn - interesting projects can be found - company has some growth momentum - partial telecommute possible - Open Time Off

      Cons

      - poor career opportunities - morale degrading without adequate salaries - questionable HR policies to introduce Open Time Off (2-day notice, no vacation balance compensation) - creative, while obviously the cheapest, team building approaches that do not work

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
